Words on Friendship:

Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything.

From CAPE TOWN with LOVE
...a Tennyson Hardwick Novel

The award-winning authors of "Casanegra" and "in the Night of the Heat" team up for a third time to present "From Cape Town with Love".
Tennyson Hardwick learns his latest assignment in this scene from the mystery novel From Cape Town with Love.  Actor-turned-detective Tennyson Hardwick has solved two high-profile deaths in Hollywood, but nothing has prepared him for a race to save a child’s life.

More about Blair Underwood the author

Watch video of Blair Underwood as Tennyson Hardwick.

In dwelling, live close to the ground. In thinking, keep to the simple. In conflict, be fair and generous. In governing, don't try to control. In work, do what you enjoy. In family life, be completely present.

Be Careful What You Pray For
by Kimberla Lawson Roby

Kimberla Lawson Roby’s sequel to The Best of Everything pulls you in until you are hooked. Alicia’s prayers are finally answered. She meets her second husband J.T. Valentine, an up and coming minister, who has a craving for women like his father-in-law, the Reverend Curtis Black. Alicia shows great strength in dealing with her situation as a mature adult. I highly recommend this book. It is a fast read and very entertaining! However, I would like to see Roby go another direction similar to her book Changing Faces for readers who do not prefer sequels.
